A Dish at a Restaurant

If a restaurant were to name a dish after you, what would it be? Describe it.

So, I have been contemplating this question for the past few days.  I love food…a lot.  I do try to eat healthy, try being the key word, but would I want a healthy dish named after myself? Probably not.  I think the problem with this question is that there are too many things to choose from, all of which are delicious.  I can go with the obvious choice of including bacon, because who doesn’t like bacon, or the even better choice of some type of pasta dish.  I mean, hell, I can get all types of crazy and go with some kind of chicken, or even a really good salad…but who am I kidding.  If I am going to have a dish named after me, it better not be a salad.

I do love a homemade pasta.  My boyfriend and I frequent this small restaurant in the city with the best ravioli and pink sauce I have tasted.  That being said, I feel like I would have to go with some type of ravioli dish.  Obviously the ravioli would have to be stuffed with some type of deliciousness like bacon, it would definitely need that pink sauce from the city restaurant, maybe even some grilled chicken, and tons of cheese.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Amanda.  A homemade ravioli stuffed with ricotta, spinach, and pancetta in a creamy, decadent pink sauce, with parmesan crusted chicken, all sprinkled with a dash of red pepper flake.  Can someone make this for me now?
